Gaaaah this was the topic for Morning Rush. It was hard to finish reading this blog. Hmm.. One physically painful moment of my life was when I was in grade school. I kept playing with my retainers while lying on the bed then I choked on it. My uvula got caught by one of the wires of my retainer so I couldn't remove it. I had to shriek and make loud noises so I could get help because I cannot even shout "Help!" at all. I bled afterwards when it was finally removed.
