sometimes when i go home at night by bus, poohkwang is on tv and many passengers enjoy watching that shit. it's this stand-up comedy concert that really took off. i enjoy it too except for one of their jokes. pooh (yes, that's his real screen name) is a famous impersonator of boxer manny pacquiao. i think he's really good at copying him and pooh, in his own right, is hilarious. anyway, manny poohquiao (pooh as manny) was being interviewed on stage as part of a sketch and at some point, the host asked him about hate emails, like what he feels about these hateful messages he receives online. poohquiao addressed the issue and said that emil should watch out. who the f is emil, you ask? he thought "email" is a name of a person who hates him. and he said "email" in his thick native accent which sounded like "emil". the host clarified that email actually stands for "electronic mail". poohquiao rephrased his statement and said that "electronic" should watch out. he thought "electronic" is the first name of emil.
who writes this shit? i dont think it's funny at all. what do people think of manny pacquiao? a dumb native jock out of the slums? i swear the writer/s who made up this joke is misinformed about manny pacquiao. give him the benefit of the doubt that he knows computers. i saw a documentary for manny pacquiao which was aired before an upcoming match and in one segment he was on his laptop CHECKING HIS EMAILS. he enjoys surfing the internet and watching videos online. come on now. not everyone acts like a bobo orc. that guy manny is a sellout, you can all call him that, but he knows his shit and his thick accent will never be a gauge of his intelligence.
these writers don't do research anymore. what a bunch of lazy people.
