Bwahahahaha how unfashionably late is my post, huh? It's been a month since Vanessa Carlton visited the Philippines for a series of mall concerts at the Ayala Malls. I happened to watch her in Glorietta.
Finally I was able to transfer my files from video camera to computer. So I've attached to this post some screen captures of the videos I took which I hope will NOT BE HOTLINKED POR FAVOR because it will eat some of my precious bandwidth. Besides, they're grainy. Why the heck would you even want these photos?! have uploaded on Multiply instead because something's wrong with my photo album here on my blog. Argh. http://skyllo01.multiply.com/photos/album/209/Vanessa_Carlton_in_Manila
I've uploaded the videos here:
Here are the links for the more popular songs:
Vanessa Carlton - Ordinary Day
Vanessa Carlton - White Houses
Vanessa Carlton - A Thousand Miles
Well she's quite serious on stage and very focused. I have to say that she's not the entertaining type, you know, the type of performer who clowns on stage because that would just cramp her style y'all. She's a bit of a story teller also and man, that girl's arms are ripped!
has it been a month already? you know, i actually have two of her albums.
im not a big fan but i like her albums because you are right, she is a
story teller. i like her sound better in her second album, the one with
white houses. that song i particularly like too.
yes it's been a month! she had 3 days allotted for mall tours last may. she
is a story teller and i wish the venue was more quiet (?) so i could listen
to her stories very well.
